How long does it take to prepare my order?
All products are made to order. The preparation time is between 1 to 2 months, depending on the design and specifications of the product.

How long does shipping take?
Once the order is ready, shipping usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

Are personalized or custom-made products returnable?
No. Personalized or custom-made products, including name designs and custom symbols that are not part of the main product collections, are not eligible for return.

Are products with modifications returnable?
Products purchased in their original and default design are eligible for return. Changes in metal type (such as white gold, yellow gold, or rose gold) are considered part of the default configuration and remain eligible for return. However, products with changes to the default gemstone are not eligible for return.

What about fully custom-made orders?
For orders that are fully custom-designed or completely personalized beyond the standard options, please contact us directly through the Contact Us page to discuss your request.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged during the shipping process, you must return the damaged item to us for inspection. After review and confirmation, the full purchase amount will be refunded, and the return shipping cost will also be covered.
